Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The exact timing of when the credit will appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. Some financial institutions require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may need to coordinate with our payment processor to trace the refund transaction.
